Is there a way to get my scanner to integrate with my client's QuickBooks Online? It recognizes my QBO, but I need to be able to send receipts into my client's QBO.
Neither the Legacy software nor our scanners integrate directly with QuickBooks Online. If you want to integrate with a client’s QBO account, you will have to disconnect from your account, and reconnect with your client’s account: http://www.neat.com/helpcenter/setup-quickbooks-connection-neat/
