neat database

i cannot access my neat database. i am 79 years old and one day it was there and then it wasn't. so, you must treat me as though i am 5 as i can't figure it out. i am on windows 10.

My computer was damaged. I thought I have save the software program along with my neat data. However, I am unable to reinstall the neat program to my computer. Is there a way I can get the software reinstalled?

You can try getting a download of Neat's legacy software by calling the retired software support line: 855-910-6328
