Problems with Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7. Often times, when I attempt to scan a document, even though the "Scan" button indicates that it is ready to scan, when I hit it nothing happens. I have to close down all my applications and re-boot. Then it will work. Any thoughts?

Please try repairing your scanner driver and Neat’s core files. This will not affect your scanned data. You can use the steps on the pages below.

Hi Barney, please note that the 2nd link provided to repair core files is invalid and ends up as a 404 web error code...
Please reply and advise with correct link as i am experiencing the same issues with Windows 10 Pro also..
