I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7. Often times, when I attempt to scan a document, even though the "Scan" button indicates that it is ready to scan, when I hit it nothing happens. I have to close down all my applications and re-boot. Then it will work. Any thoughts?
Please try repairing your scanner driver and Neat’s core files. This will not affect your scanned data. You can use the steps on the pages below.
