Scanning in receipt function causing neat desk to stop working

I'm getting an error message in my log : Safe handle has been closed.

If I use the ND-1000 documents feeder and set my function to receipt the Neatdesk will shut down and stop working. If i use the document feeder and choose document or auto function then it works fine.

This is puzzling. Neat desk is shutting down if it converts a document to a receipt basically. PLease help.

Please locate your Neat Data folder. This is by default located in your Documents. Open the Neat Data folder, then drag the QSP folder out to your desktop. This should help the issue. Please visit http://www.neat.com/helpcenter/nhsw-ps-2007/ for more information.
