My Windows PC and one complete NAS backup was destroyed from lightning strike (APC fried too). My last backup includes Neat data from several years. I have a MacBook Pro and don't want to reload the s/w onto a Windows box just to open and export years of files to PDF. Can the cloud sync service simply upload my last data files or my last backup files (I have both) without the Windows software installed and then allow me to import this data into the Mac software which I now have installed on this Mac? Thanks in advance for your help and support in addressing this issue!
You will have to sync the files from a Windows machine. Once they are synced to the cloud, you can use the sync to download them from the cloud in the Mac software.
