My neat is not working...I can log into it. password was changed. Its telling me to purchased software. I need explaination why I have to purchase software.

I HAVE A NEAT DESK FOR A WHILE NOW. IT IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS.

Geta - Please give specific details in order to help you out.
Are you getting any error messages?
Are you scanning to PDF or into the Neat software?
What version of Neat are you using?

The print resolution of pages sent to Neat must be 600dpi or LOWER. Check your printer settings and make sure it's not higher than 600.

I have ND-1000 scanner. I installed it on my other computer today. It's not allowing me to scan anything. I doesn't do anything on the computer but greys out the scanner button. It doesn't matter if I use the scanner button on the machine or the computer.
