Last Updated: Mar 28, 2018 04:36PM EDT

Neat for Mac allows you to email directly from the application or using the PDF export/scan option in order to attach the file to a new email.

FROM WITHIN THE NEAT LIBRARY:

1) Select the Folder or Inbox which contains the images you would like to send in the email

2) Select all items you would like to be included in the email by holding SHIFT or apple key while clicking on the appropriate items.

*NOTE: The order of images from top to bottom in the email is dependant on the order they are being sorted by in the Neat grid.

3) Once the appropriate items in the grid have been highlighted, click the envelope icon at the top

4) The email will either place the pictures automatically in the body of the email or make an attachment of a PDF file containing all images.
